This notice explains, in plain language, how this website handles the information you share with me.
Who is responsible
This website is run by Miguel Angel Ardon, based in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. You can reach me at hello@novalogix.tech.
What information I receive
- Contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, your message and the language of the page you used.
- Booking a call: if you book through Cal.com, the details you enter there are handled by Cal.com.
- Email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn: if you write to me there, those services process your message.
- Technical data: like any website, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the site.
How I use it
I use your information only to answer your inquiry and to discuss a possible project with you. I do not sell it, I do not use it for advertising, and I do not add you to marketing lists.
Who processes it for me
- Cloudflare: hosts this website, delivers its files and sends the contact form message to my email.
- Google: provides the email inbox where I receive messages. This site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
- Cal.com: only if you choose to book a call.
I follow the privacy policies and terms of these services, and each one has its own privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not store information in your browser. Links to other sites, such as Cal.com or LinkedIn, open sites that have their own cookies and policies.
How long I keep it
I keep your message and my replies only as long as needed to answer you and follow up on your inquiry. If you ask me to delete them sooner, I will.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by writing to hello@novalogix.tech.
Security
The form is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Messages are delivered to my email inbox and are not stored in a database on this site.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
If I change this notice, the date at the top will show when.
